Angels On My Ceiling

One night I closed my eyes in sleep
And suddenly in my dreams,
A shimmering light
Burst on my sight
A glow of silver moonbeams.

I thought I heard the flutter of wings
My senses started reeling.
To my surprise
When I opened my eyes
There were angels on my ceiling

It was like a glimpse of paradise
In a sky of heavenly blue
Mid clouds of white
They were poised in flight
And this I swear is true.

One flew down and kissed my cheek
And touched my outstretched hand.
She smiled and then
Flew up again
And joined the angel band.

I cross my heart and swear it's true
And I have the strangest feeling
That very night
They all took flight
And are now on my friend's ceiling.

To know their Closeness. 

To feel their Strength. and great Love. 

Is a Gift God gives us.

To feel an Angel's Breath 

To know pure Light. 

To feel Protected. 

Is like a hug from God.

To feel an Angel's Breath 

To know Joy. 

To feel at Peace. 

Is to make us aware God is watching.

To feel an Angel's Breath 

To know Heaven Exists.
