She hides away
in the depths of the sea
 she carelessly swims
in wonder of the world above
Longing for that place
so close yet so far
that holds in its magic
the secrets of love

A glimps of his face
now frozen in time
the one that she yearns for
though for now they are apart
With wild fires burning
so bright in her eyes
alone she must ache
with him locked safe in her heart

With sprays of water
mist lands on her face
as she watches from the rocks
under the moons fading light
Knowing deep in her soul
it is not meant to be
sliding gracefully down
she disappears into the night
